About Us
Brevity Coffee was founded in 2019 by two brothers, Nick and Fred Corpening alongside their wives Kharis and Brittany, right here in San Antonio, Texas. What started as a simple drive-thru coffee idea quickly grew into a mission: to impact the community and develop the next generation of young adults. Brevity was built on the belief that a coffee shop can be more than a place to get a drink—it can be a launching pad for people, dreams, and careers.
From day one, Brevity focused on creating opportunities inside the communities we serve. And the proof of that mission is found in our franchisees—every one of them started as a Brevity team member.
Our very first franchisee, Rachel, began as the manager at our Huebner location. She helped shape the early culture of Brevity and later went on to open two Brevity stores of her own. Her growth set the foundation for what was possible.
Our second and third franchisees, Cole and Hunter, started as standout employees at our Redland location. After years of hard work and leadership, each took the leap to open their own Brevity drive-thrus—turning their experience into ownership.
Our next franchise partners—two married couples—continued the story. Chris and Kierstyn, and Andrew and Emily, managed Brevity stores before deciding to build their own futures within the brand. Their journeys reflect exactly what Brevity is about: developing leaders, building community, and providing real pathways to opportunity.
Today, Brevity Coffee is more than a coffee company. It’s a family of people who started on the ground floor, believed in the mission, and now carry it forward in their own communities. From San Antonio to the cities we continue to grow into, Brevity is proud to serve great coffee with a purpose—empowering the people who serve it and the neighborhoods that support it.
